Attorney JAMES LAWRENCE SLATER IV, has been actively practicing law in the State of Florida since 1981. Mr. Slater is licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United States District Courts, Florida Supreme Court, Florida District Courts of Appeal, and the Florida Circuit and County Courts of the state of Florida. Mr. Slater obtained his Juris Doctorate from the nationally acclaimed Stetson University College of Law, in St. Petersburg, Florida. While attending Stetson University, College of Law, Mr. Slater participated in numerous competitions, including but not limited to Moot Court Competition, Trial Advocacy, and Civil Trial Practice. Mr. Slater was a member of the Student Bar Association as well as a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity. Mr. Slater was employed throughout both his undergraduate and legal education as well as law school.
